Common topics
Viewer can’t join
Double-check the room is live and the play link or QR is current. Viewers do not need accounts.
Overlay not showing in OBS
Use the exact overlay URL copied from your room page. See the OBS setup guide for width, height, and transparent background settings.
Answers or scores look wrong
Check timing on stream vs viewer devices. Use the recap after the session to review per-question results and player answers.
Room or pack limits
Your current plan sets limits on players, questions per session, and rooms. Upgrade options will be available when billing is active.
